The New John A. White Clubhouse

This is an exciting time for John A. White Golf Course! 

While the golf course remains open, we are constructing a state-of-the-art, two-story, 29,000-square-foot multi-purpose activity center that will serve both the senior community and golf enthusiasts, integrating leisure, learning, and sports into a single facility. The new clubhouse, anticipated to be completed by late 2026, will offer: 

A Dedicated Home for Atlanta’s Senior Community 

A warm and inviting space designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of Atlanta’s senior population, featuring wellness programs, a fitness center, a teaching kitchen, and community activity and meeting areas. 

New Golf Amenities 

This will include a state-of-the-art pro shop, a halfway house café, and two classrooms outfitted with simulators designed to teach young golfers through the First Tee youth program, as well as seniors and golf enthusiasts. 

A Destination Restaurant, Bar, and Business Center  

This venue will provide a unique dining and bar experience with a sports theme, featuring two golf simulators for team building and entertainment, alongside a waiting area that includes a digital interactive golf hall of fame. Additionally, there will be a private conference room for business meetings and an outdoor terrace connected to the bar and restaurant, offering scenic views of the golf course. 

Special Event Spaces  

These spaces can be divided into four areas, each featuring customizable setups for simultaneous operations. They are designed for events, conferences, and gatherings, accommodating seating for up to 150 people at round tables and 200 people buffet-style.
